Rev. Sean G. Berry

Pastor Berry grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado, outside Denver. There he and his twin sister were raised in the Lutheran church. After high school, he joined the Army Reserves as a Generator Mechanic and through this experience felt called to become a pastor. He attended Concordia University in Nebraska before Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. In Seminary he served briefly in Michigan and on vicarage (pastor internship) served the people of Garden City, New York. After finishing his initial degree at the Seminary to become a pastor, he remained for another year of study to delve deeper into the Lutheran Confessions and Doctrine. This extra year of study came with the desire to communicate God’s truth to the lives of God’s people in the every day more effectively. Afterward, he was called to St. Timothy, ordained at his home congregation, and installed in August 2020.
